From La Lomada go up the street to a roundabout from which the GR131 starts. Pass the houses of La Gallarda and follow the GR 132 up to a small pass from which you dominate the Molinito district. On the left an old stone shelter and the start of the trail which joins El Molinito and the main road. Straight on the GR132 continues on Hermigua and Laguerode.

Continue by the GR132 for several km by a gently sloping climb. After a curve in the middle of a set of whitish rock pierced with cavities, a little marked path and slightly to the right leads to Cuevas Blancas following the level curve. Slightly to the left the GR 132 continues, going up, towards Hermigua. Please note that this intersection has no sign and is not very remarkable.

Follow the level curve towards Cuevas Blancas, then go down again into the barranco of Cheremia, like a huge amphitheater , with its stepped terraces. Cross the stream and follow the group of palm trees to a flat spot from where a small path on the left joins the top of the valley. Straight on the path descends through the barranco del Aguila towards Cuevas Blancas.

Descend into the ravine of L'Aguila, towards Cuevas Blancas. In the lower part there was an ancient pre-Hispanic settlement in the caves. Go up through a volcanic part then pass through a new valley before arriving at the caves which served as shelter for the animals of the people of Cuevas Blancas. Pass below the village of cave houses. At the last house the path branches off to the left to reach Laguerode. You can go straight down to the bottom of the Barranco de Majona (outward and return path).

Go up towards Laguerode and follow the top of the cliff which dominates the Barranco de Majona, classified as a Natural Park. From the flat, on the left, there is a path, poorly signposted, which allows you to reach the bottom of the valley.

Continue climbing on the upper part from the valley towards Laguerode. Pass a threshing floor then the abandoned house with its old oven. From the pass, a small poorly marked path heads off to the left towards the top of the cliff, more or less following the edge. On the right, the path descends towards Laguerode along the cliff.

Go back down into the pines towards Laguerode. Follow the contour line. On this part the cliff is steep, beware of vertigo. Near Laguerode, we find the GR132 which goes to the right towards San Sebastian and straight on joins Laguerode.

A hundred meters further on we join the track. On the left, by the paved road, towards Las Casetas and the main road GM1, on the right, along the drinking water pipe, the dirt track leads to Hermigua, opposite, by the staircase, the GR132 continues on Hermigua .

Let's go up the steps located in the bend and continue on the GR132 which somewhat follows the ridge line. Further to the left, the path descends to La Casetas and the main carretera GM1. Straight on the GR132 descends towards the hamlet of Enchereda in the direction of Hermigua.

Follow the track to arrive at the hamlet of Enchereda. Once past the hamlet and the bend after the houses, there is a borehole for drinking water on the left of the track. On the left, before the borehole, is the path that climbs to the top of Enchereda. Straight on the track continues towards Hermigua.

Let's go up the path towards the summit of Enchereda. The hike follows a small barranco until you reach the ridge that dominates the Hermigua valley. Then the hike continues, more or less following the ridge line. Once past the summit we continue with very beautiful views of the Hermigua valley towards La Campana where we rejoin the (paved) track that we left before. On the left it descends towards Hermigua. On the right, it comes back to the hamlet of Enchereda and San Sebastián.
13->14 - (GR 132)  Dirt road

Let's go down in the direction of Hermigua, by the track that winds along the cliff. We pass below a small white house in ruins. Further down after a fairly tight curve above the hamlet of Palmar, the path starts on the right which joins the hamlet and continues towards the beach of La Caleta then Hermigua. The track continues in the direction of Hermigua and Moralito.

Go down the path towards the houses. Arrive on the track which goes up, on the right, from the houses, towards the entrance of the Barranco de Tagaluche and ends on the left by the start of the path towards La Caleta.

Take the path towards La Caleta. Follow it through the meadow then go down towards the cliff which dominates the seaside until you reach a small wooden bridge on the bed of the barranco. Go up to the junction with the path, on the left, coming from Moralito. Straight on La Caleta and the seaside.

Follow the paved road towards the pass then the shortcut which cuts the last bends. Come out on the road at a place called La Orilla de Hermigua. On the left starts the track towards El Palmar and San Sebastian. Opposite, to the right of the paragliding departure area, the GR132 descends to Hermigua/Los Pedacitos.

At the pass, take the path opposite which descends directly to Hermigua beach. Pass the Los Pedacitos district and go over the bridge opposite. At the end of the bridge on the right is a staircase which gives access to the house of Doña Lolita, then, further down, to a track which joins on the left, the beach, the hamlet of Lepe and Agulo, on the right it goes up the Hermigua valley.

At the end of the main road which crosses Agulo before the bend and after the street which gives access to the center of the village, go up the stairs to the left of the shop. Cross the street and go up along a machine tool warehouse to the main road above. Opposite starts the steep straight path indicated by a sign 'La Palmita'. Climb to the mouth of the waterfall. On the right, a path goes directly up to the Abrante viewpoint, straight ahead to the Agulo dam and the La Palmita valley.

Take a trail entrance to the left of the watchtower towards the red lands and take advantage of one of the red colored ridges to reach the plateau and a trail that leads to the junction of the trail from Agulo (GR132 ). As the path is not very well marked, stay on the highest part.

Follow the road and take the right one at the fork. A few meters before the bend leave the road and take the marked path towards Las Rosas/Vallehermoso. Go back down on the dam, pass on the dike.

Go up the road bordering the lake and turn right before the end of the road to go up and around the overhanging house. The track turns into a path, then on the ridge again into a tarmac track until the junction. Continuing the road for a hundred meters finds the restaurant of Cruz de Tierno. On the right begins a dirt track towards Vallehermoso.

Take the track then the path that will follow the ridge. This passes at the foot of Roque Cano, an old volcanic chimney, before descending to the village of Vallehermoso. The Place Centrale houses the Town Hall, the Pension Amaya, a few bars/restaurants and shops.

Go down the main street in the direction of the playa to the bus station (guaguas). Continue to descend 50m, until the start of the path on the right in the direction of the beach (playa).

Down the stairs and follow the track which borders the stream. The track runs along gardens and the botanical garden where it is possible to stop by crossing the small bridge on the left. The track leads to the road and the last part follows it. On the left, a little before arriving at the beach, there are information signs that indicate the start of the path that climbs towards Buenavista (point of Alcala). From the maritime park on the left side you can see the old banana pier. On the right of the valley continue the GR132 towards Tamargada, bordered by a guardrail.

After passing the hermitage of La Coromoto, there is a large water tank surmounted by a structure of nets intended to collect the water brought by the trade winds. On the right the path to Santa Clara. Straight on the track towards Santa Clara and Vallehermoso por el Lomo San Pedro.

Take the path towards Santa Clara. The panorama is extraordinary above the point of Arguamul and one can observe the rear part of Los Órganos, visible only from the sea. Santa Clara has a shelter, tables, benches and barbecues. In front of the chapel the track (GR132) comes from the road of Tazo-Arguamul, on the left, next to the information panels, descends the path to Vallehermoso, on the other side of the track, on its right, a path descends towards Arguamul. On the left of the chapel, the track goes towards the houses of Chijere and the point of Alcalá.

Go up the street towards Arure/taguluche. The street ends with a path below the water reservoirs. Follow the path to the road and take the path that follows a ridge. A little higher a detour to the right descends to Taguluche, the path goes straight up towards Arure.

Follow the paved road and pass in front of the only bar in the village before finding the main road Go down a few tens of meters leaving the road coming from the beach on the right . After the bend, take the cement ramp on the left then the path that extends it through the houses. Come out on a house access track and join the main road. Turn right and follow the main road for a few meters. On the bend, follow the access track to the right, go around the house on the left. After the water tank, pass below the house then go up the access track to the houses on the right. Take the stairs to reach the main road in a bend. Follow the road for Alojera or Arure by the Lomo del Carretón, on the right Arure by los Pasos and Valle Gran Rey.

Continue on the track towards Valle Gran Rey and cross the plain of La Mérica, an old place of cereal cultivation with its old lime kilns. From the car park go up the path that borders and passes above the cliff in the direction of the next valley. Once down in the barranco of Chinguarime, go up it in the direction of the plantations. Cross them and follow the path (GR132) on the right towards Casas Contreras. The abandoned hamlet is on the plateau once rich in cereal crops. On the left of the houses we go up towards Tacalcuse, on the right towards Morales.
